What is Rapid Transformation Therapy? (RTT)

RTT is a powerful hybrid therapy created by multi award-winning therapist Marisa Peer.  When I discovered RTT, I knew I had to become an Rapid Transformational Therapist as it is a powerful, and outstandingly successful therapy, that provides fast and permanent results.

What makes RTT different from other therapies? In RTT we use hypnosis to access the subconscious mind which holds the negative, outdated believes that have been formed as a result of past events.  When you discover the source of the destructive and negative beliefs, we can remove the outdated beliefs that are no longer serving you.  We will then install new positive, and empowering beliefs that will change your life.

Pluralistic Counselling is a form of counselling that integrates many different modalities of therapy into the sessions.  The premise being that everyone is unique, therefore one modality doesn’t suit all.  I regularly check-in with clients during therapy to ensure they are happy with how things are going as it is important we achieve the best results for you.  Therapy isn’t about me as a Counsellor, it is about YOU as a client so it is important  that your needs are being met during the therapeutic process.

I am compassionate, respectful and non-judgemental which are qualities that help clients feel at ease during sessions.  Counselling can be a big step and often clients can feel uneasy or embarrassed when they begin counselling but my clients have feedback to me that I make them feel safe and at ease.  

I use a range of modalities including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Inner Child-Work and Gestalt Therapy and Hypnosis.  This combination of therapies can provide fast and permanent results.
