This 6 week program has speciafically been designed for helping people with Anger Management Issues. You will get to the root cause of what is causing the anger issues and reframe any destructive beliefs. Reprogamming the mind so you can manage anger in a way that is heathy. In addition you will receive counselling sessions to work through any feelings you may be holding onto regarding past behaviours such as guilt and shame.
