RTT is a holistic therapeutic approach that combines Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to bring about quick and lasting positive changes. It utilises hypnosis as a key tool to access the subconscious mind and address underlying issues for transformative outcomes.

Our subconscious harbours memories and life experiences, embedding within them thoughts, perceptions, and feelings, many of which are shaped during our formative years. These beliefs and thoughts govern our responses and actions throughout life, often in ways that don’t benefit us.

During an RTT session, I will guide you into a relaxed state of hypnosis, allowing access to the subconscious mind. This process is just like being in a deep meditative state and you will be always in control. Within this state, I works to identify and reframe deep-seated beliefs and thought patterns that may be contributing to issues or challenges in your life. What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?

Rapid Transformational Therapy blends hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and neuro-linguistic programming to uncover the core reasons behind your problem. By tapping into the subconscious, we identify and restructure negative beliefs and thoughts holding you back. My aim is to equip you with tools to shed emotional burdens, alleviate physical symptoms, and foster enduring positive transformations.

Why is RTT Hypnotherapy different to traditional Hypnotherapy?

RTT stands out from other hypnotherapies by integrating techniques like regression, neuro-linguistic programming and inner child work for speedy identification and reframing of subconscious beliefs. It prioritises rapid, lasting transformation through a solution-focused approach, distinguishing itself from traditional hypnosis.

How many sessions do I need?

Most issues can be helped with only one RTT session. It is not possible to determine how many counselling sessions are required as each person is different, and brings different issues to therapy. I am happy with short-term or long-term work. Often, when people begin to see change they will drop down from weekly to fortnightly sessions.

Can I get stuck in hypnosis?

Absolutely not! This is a misconception. During the session, you can freely talk and move your body. You’ll experience a profound state of relaxation, but you maintain complete control throughout. We’ll maintain an ongoing dialogue, and you’ll remain fully aware throughout the entire session.

When will I start to see changes?

RTT offers three distinct types of change, and each individual’s journey is unique:

  1. Immediate: A significant shift is felt right away during the session, manifesting in changes in your physiology, thoughts, and behaviours.
  2. Incremental: Consistent shifts are observed daily or gradually over time.
  3. Retroactive: Shifts may not be immediately apparent, but eventually, you look back and notice numerous positive differences in your life, or others recognise positive changes in you.

Is your RTT online or in person?

I offer online sessions via Zoom and telephone counselling sessions over the phone.

What’s involved during the Discovery session?

During our initial discussion, we’ll dedicate approximately 20 minutes to explore your reasons for seeking RTT and to discuss the process. This time allows us to begin building rapport and familiarity, enabling you to determine whether you feel at ease collaborating with me.
