What to Expect?
Before the RTT session, we will have a Zoom session to discuss your smoking habits and what you want to achieve. During the session, we will discuss your life as a non-smoker.
The RTT session takes around two hours and will take place on Zoom. During the session, you will be in a deep meditative state, and your conscious mind will drift away, allowing us to communicate with your subconscious mind. You will be in control all the time.
After the session, you will receive a bespoke MP3 recording which you must listen to for 21 days, as this will ensure the change is permanent. When in hypnosis, we will rewire your neural pathways so you are not a non-smoker; you will strengthen these new neural pathways every day by repetition, so listening to the recording is an integral part of the process.
