Understanding yourself and feeling comfortable in your skin is the first step towards a happy and fulfilled life. Exploring your inner self and core values can enhance self-perception and boost self-esteem.  Consequently, my integrative and client-centred approach empowers you to achieve personal growth and emotional balance. 

I’m here to help you explore your inner self and set personal short-term or long-term goals.  My aim is to share the tools and insights I’ve gained over the years to help you overcome challenges and reach your goals.  Since everyone’s journey is unique, life transition therapy is tailored to fit your individual needs. As a counsellor, coach, and RTT therapist, we’ll work together to ensure that your support is designed around what works best for you

My Background

My passion for therapy began with my challenges around social anxiety. This personal journey led me to explore self-help through reading books, talking to others, and listening to podcasts. Ultimately, it inspired me to learn more through academic research. So, in between my role as a housing officer, and being a mum, I decided to study for a BSc (Hons) in psychology at Open University and an MSc in counselling at Abertay University, Dundee.

I use my own life transitions to help me connect with the challenges you may be facing in adapting to a new life. I’ve been through many big life changes, such as starting a new career and adjusting to life after travelling for many years. I am here to support you through life transitions with understanding and empathy.

Support for ADHD and Phobias

If ADHD adds an extra layer of difficulty to your transitions, I provide ADHD Coaching to help you manage focus, organisation, and productivity. I’m also here to offer RTT Therapy, which is effective for overcoming phobias, anxiety, and other obstacles that may hold you back.

What is Covered in a Discovery Call?

During our 20-minute discovery call, we’ll explore your reasons for seeking therapy and your goals. This time helps us build rapport and determine if we’re a good fit to work together.

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?

RTT combines elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and neuro-linguistic programming to address the root causes of the issues you bring to therapy. By accessing the subconscious mind, we can identify and shift negative beliefs that may be holding you back.


RTT vs. Hypnotherapy: How Do They Differ?

Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, RTT incorporates additional methods like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and inner child work. This blend enables a deeper, faster reframing of subconscious beliefs.


Can ADHD Coaching Help Without an Official Diagnosis?

You don’t need a formal ADHD diagnosis to benefit from ADHD coaching. As a therapist, I focus on the issues you bring to our sessions rather than any specific diagnosis.


Do I Need to Use a Particular Platform for Sessions?

I conduct online sessions through Zoom or Care Patron. Both platforms are easy to use, and I can provide guidance if needed.
