Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
Through Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), we’ll work together to achieve lasting change. RTT combines Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and traditional psychotherapy, helping us get to the root cause of your challenges.
In a deeply relaxed state, we’ll reframe the beliefs and thought patterns that hold you back, creating space for more empowering ways of thinking. The goal is to achieve real, lasting transformation so you can move forward feeling lighter, more in control, and filled with hope and excitement for the future.
Pluralistic Counselling
In our sessions as a Pluralistic Counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy—to create a flexible, personalised approach that fits your unique situation. This allows us to adapt techniques to your specific needs, preferences, and life transitions.
Together, we’ll develop practical strategies to help you navigate the emotional and psychological challenges that come with major life changes, such as transitioning from university to the workplace, adjusting to midlife shifts, managing anxiety, or addressing ADHD traits. My goal is to support you in making meaningful, lasting changes so you can confidently embrace the next chapter of your life.
